		<description>Once again, you articulate what so many of us are thinking. It was truly another Fisch watershed moment - I will not forget the first time I saw the original &quot;Did you Know?&quot; back in August, 2006 right after Karl blogged about it. And now he has raised the bar again with this transformative teaching method that many of us now aspire to. 
We were as transfixed, remotely, as the students appeared to be as they challenged Dan Pink with their questions and comments.
Wonderful reflection on an incredible event.</description>
